Summer Track Series




Whether a beginner or seasoned runner, this 8-week series of coached workouts can fine tune your running skills and help you become a more knowledgeable and confident runner.
Workouts vary from speed intervals, hills, bootcamp, form drills and more. We meet at the Westwood High-school Track but often venture off onto the roads to practice on a variety of terrains.
Practices are held Tuesday nights at 6:30pm starting on June 7th running through August 1st (No practice on July 4th).
**I highly recommend adding these type of workouts into any training program you have for a late summer or fall race. On the other end of the spectrum, this is a great way to gain accountability if you are returning to running after a hiatus. The group includes a wide variety of abilities and experience levels so you will find someone at your pace.
$119 for the entire 8-Week Session or $18 drop-ins
