No matter if you have been running for years, have taken a hiatus due to injury, or starting off on your running journey for the first time — we have a place for you!
This 6-week series offers a variety of workouts, drills, and strength moves all of which are modifiable and geared to help fine tune you into a fitter, smarter, more confident runner.

We always meet at the track but head out onto the road occasionally to do hills or other types of workouts.
6-Week Series Early Bird Special is $70 (before 6/1)
After 6/1 the cost is $80
Drop in $15/class
You can pay by cash/check (made out to Lauren Leonard), Venmo @Lauren-Leonard-32 or above.
