The heat of the summer is behind us and now the “real” running season begins. Fall running is the BEST so we are going to take full advantage of it with a 8-week long training session open to all levels.
The group workouts include positive focused, expert coaching, education around form, cross training, and mindset. Each workout ends with a post-run yoga session designed to kickstart recovery and shift the body from effort to ease.
